What is actually costing you calls

Five specific problems, not a vague "your website needs work"

Each one below is a structural gap we see on almost every roofing site we take over, and each one has a real cost attached rather than a guess.

  1. 01

One services page, five services buried in it

None of them rank on their own, so a search for "roof repair" or "storm damage" never surfaces you at all.

  2. 02

No page for the towns you actually serve

A homeowner searching "roofer near me" finds a directory listing charging for the click instead of your own site.

  3. 03

The site is slow on the phone a homeowner is holding

Most roofing searches happen standing outside looking at damage. A slow page loses that visitor to the next result.

  4. 04

A quote form that sits in an inbox nobody checks

By the time someone follows up, the homeowner has already called a competitor who answered first.

  5. 05

A site that has not changed since it launched

Stale service lists and no new content give a search engine no reason to keep crawling or ranking it.

The fix, specified

Every problem above is solved by a structural decision, not a redesign

We do not repaint the same weak structure. Each fix below changes what the site is actually built to do.

  • One page for every service

Re-roofing, repair, inspection and storm restoration each get a dedicated page written in their own vocabulary.

  • One page for every town

A page for each town or county you serve, crossed with your services, built to a consistent standard.

  • A page that opens before they leave

Custom-coded, edge-served pages that carry a guaranteed 90+ PageSpeed score on a phone.

  • A lead that reaches dispatch instantly

The quote tool routes straight into your CRM, tested with a real submission before launch.

The signature idea

A roof holds up because every layer does one job, in a fixed order

A website is the same kind of system. Skip a layer, deck without underlayment, a homepage without service pages, and the whole thing fails under load. This is the roof we mean.

Included on every plan

What ships on day one, before any tier-specific add-on

Every plan starts from this baseline. Elevation and Structural add the AI Engine and Content Engine on top of it.

  • The full site

Home, service pages, location pages, about and contact, custom coded.

  • Quote request tool

Configured for roof type, size and urgency, wired to your CRM.

  • Free domain

Registered in your name, or we point the one you already own.

  • Managed hosting

Cloudflare, SSL, CDN and DDoS protection, nothing itemised.

  • CRM routing

Every enquiry source connected by API, Zapier or Make.

  • Weekly updates

Small factual updates every week, on top of your revisions.

Speed and ranking

A fast page and a page a search engine trusts are the same page

Page speed is a ranking input, not just a nicety. We build to a measured spec rather than an "as fast as we can manage" promise.

  • Custom-coded pages, almost no client-side JavaScript
  • Served from a global edge network, not a single origin server
  • Images compressed and served in modern formats automatically
  • Clean URLs, a correct sitemap and structured data on every page

How it works

Four steps, drawn as an assembly coming apart

The build starts at your onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the form is in, the sooner the clock starts. Scroll to separate the sequence.

  1. 1

You pay the first monthly invoice

That starts the plan. The one-time build fee is not charged yet.

  2. 2

You fill in the onboarding form

About 15 minutes: your services, your towns, your brand. Anything missing can follow later.

  3. 3

    One onboarding call

We fill any gaps, review the site plan and agree the launch date.

  4. 4

Live in 7 days on Draft. The build fee is invoiced only once you approve the site.

What clients tell us

What roofing companies say once the site is live

  • They asked what towns we actually run crews in before they wrote a single page. The old site had one services list. This one has a page for every town and every job type, and it reads like it was built by someone who understands roofing, not a template.

    Owner, residential roofing company

    Moved from a page-builder site

  • The quote tool asks exactly what our dispatcher needs to size a job before we ever pick up the phone. That alone changed how fast we could call someone back.

    Operations lead, commercial roofing contractor

First website built specifically for the business

  • We got hit with a hailstorm the month after launch and the site held up under the traffic without anyone touching it. The storm damage page was already ranking by the time calls started coming in.

    Owner, storm restoration roofing crew

Switched from a marketing agency retainer

  • Every week something small gets fixed or added without us having to ask. It is the first site we have had where we are not the ones noticing it is out of date.

    Office manager, metal roofing specialist

    Consolidated from three separate vendors

Illustrative examples of the outcomes clients report. Verified reviews are added after launch.

Common questions

Answers on the offer, before you book a call

What exactly do I get for the monthly fee?

A fully managed, custom-coded website for your roofing company: a homepage, a page for every service you offer, a page for every town you serve, the instant quote request tool, managed Cloudflare hosting, weekly detail updates, and researched articles published on a schedule. Nothing is itemised separately. The three plans are Draft, Elevation, Structural, each adding capability on top of the last.

How long until my site is live?

7 days on Draft, 10 on Elevation while the AI agents are trained on your business, and 15 on Structural with the content engine set up alongside it. The clock starts at your onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner the build starts.

Do you do the actual roofing work?

No. We are a website design and management company. We are not a roofing contractor, a licensed builder or an insurance adjuster, and nothing on your site is professional roofing or insurance advice. Every claim about materials, warranties or timelines is written from what you tell us and reviewed before it publishes.

Which plan should a roofing company actually start with?

Draft covers a full site with service and location pages, the quote tool and managed hosting, and suits a company that answers its own calls and chat. Elevation adds the AI Engine, worth it once missed calls and after-hours enquiries are a real cost. Structural adds the weekly content volume of the Content Engine, which suits a company actively trying to out-rank several local competitors.

What happens straight after I buy?

You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your services, the towns you serve, your brand, your domain and where enquiries should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.

What is the client portal?

It is your account with us, and you get it the day your site goes live. From the portal you request revisions, raise a support ticket for anything that needs attention, send us files you still owe us, and message our team directly. Everything to do with your site runs through it, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. You never log in to the website itself; we handle that side.
